Harvesting scintillating material

    Has anyone noticed a lack of scintillating material when harvesting?

    I'm getting rares left and right but only 2 scintillating in an hour of harvesting on Rivervale.

    Yes. I had to use pack ponies and goblins to get this on test server

    This explains a lot thanks.. I have been harvesting like crazy and not one time has it shown up. I see that the quest for the artisans pack pony is a level 90 uff...

    Interestingly enough.. I too am trying to get scintillating and to do the quest for artisans pack pony you have to be level 90 in the tradeskill. the scintillating are for the 60s so it doesn't really help much
