No you did create a new bug, looks like Focus harm Touch is not added to reuse calculation anymore 300sec Base reuse -25sec Siphon Essence reduction -60sec Focus Harm Touch reduction 215sec after AA reduction 100% reuse reductio =108 sec Current value 138sec
138 would be correct. You can only reduce a spell to 50% if its base reuse; of the effects you mentioned, only Siphon Essence reduces the base recast. So 300 (original base) - 25 (Siphon Essence)= 275 / 2 (from your 100% reuse) = 137.5 (so 138 according to the game).
