I Changed nothing and game was running perfectly. Guildhall paid. It seems since Luclin and last patch i can't log in the final stage when trying to enter my guildhall : stuck forever in the last 60 % as if memory was not enough ( Win 7 - 64 with 4 gig, was slow but runned ok). I had one character logged outside and got no problem to get in the game then i could zone into my guildhall. It seems the problem is only with characters camped in GH. Unfortunately, all my toons are camped in GH, so unless making a new character i can't play :-( Very frustrating.
Problem solved. Paid for one slot new character, got EQ2 default.ini, deleted saved xml character.ini and moved them out of the GH.
When you get stuck in the GH like this, you can just /petition and tell them it's a stuck character. A GM will helpfully relocate your toon to Antonica or Commonlands, depending on your alignment.
