   Still down. Same error on IE7 and Foxfire 3 - error 303. No amount of retries makes it work for me.

   First time it's been down for me for a while. On past experience don't bother expecting any sort of feedback on this problem. Just keep trying and you may strike lucky. This area of the site has NEVER been a priority for SOE.
