Guardian cloak should be changed somehow. It could be really useful if it made Sentry Watch raid wide with better range, so on fights with a low death count cap it would ease things a bit (at least). Or something completely different that would be useful in heroics as well.
Sentry watch is fine as it is in its current form. You get 3 triggers altogether if you have class focus as well. That is more than enough under any circumstances. In heroic zones it is fantastic, in raids it is also great if timed right. To add another trigger is just silly. I would rather have magic resists added to battle cry (make it raid wide) around between 2k-5k on each magic type. Then there will be some sense in using it in raids without being too OP. But even then I would like to see block chance and mitigation on it.
