Hello, the rank 5 Tower of Stone AA no longer gives us the ability to cast ToS when out of power. This is a huge loss for guards, especially because of how long the AA effect has been in game. For at least the last 5 years, if not more, the rank 5 ToS AA allowed guards to cast ToS while out of power. ToS is the class defining ability and this really needs to be looked at. Removing the power cost reduction from the AA is such a drastic change to guard gameplay, it has hindered us useless in heroic/ raid fights because we no longer have a reliable stoneskin ( last man standing can cast without power, but its used in emergency situations). I'm hoping this is just an oversight that happened when all the AA were changed. Please add back the power cost reduction to the AA. Attentively, implement a quest or achievement or item of some kind that allows the guard to use ToS without power.
Zero accountability. They can make changes like that without even bothering to inform the players because the stretch target in quarterly performance objectives is actually how many spelling corrections can be added to update notes...
