The update note say that writs and rush orders will be available in guild halls. Does this mean they will NOT be available from the usual quest-givers in Qeynos & Freeport?
im 99.99% sure they will be available anywhere TS writs can be taken, hopefully, that's because if there not in GHs yet there might be places that still don't have them that they are not adding to yet. However any place were they are now is sure to still have them. yea i talk a lot lmao.
