Fixed Internally Golmuth the spider

    Golmuth the spider never repops once killed, he is up when server has reset or if a new version of same area opens up, but once killed he never reappears even if all the other placeholder spiders at all 4 locations they can spawn

    Name of the spider is Golgumoth there's a previous bug report from same problem from January 2022
