Duplicate Golden F'Aestival Bracer equip effect broken

    Hi All,
    I have finished all 3 event solos 6 times
    Bought the bracer in the first event
    *Applies Steam Powered Resolve when equipped effect is not working!!!
    there is no addition to my total resolve and pot. It shows the resolve and pot what I would get from any 340 forearm piece :(

    Yes tried mutliple zones
    Freeport - GH - Swarne - Jungle -GH
    No applied when equipped effect
