Hi there, I usually use a Quest Tracker for Frostfell but the Zam one hasn't been updated for ages, so I have done one for 2019 based on that one, there are links to EQ2i for every quest. Link is here If you want to do ticks and crosses, the font should be WebDings, then it's A for tick, R for cross and S for question mark. Anything missing, I can add.
