so I went in the house on AB and I noticed the lots are not the same size? there's 4 x 3 squares lots and the corner lots are 4 x 4?

Yes you would be correct. The corner lots are just a little bit bigger in order to fit in the areas for the neighborhood.

I signed up on Skyfire I thought but I have no mail about it. I dont even know where the house is or WHAT house it is.

Bumped for a quick update!
As a reminder, contestants please send your lot information to both your Grand Overseer and Server Overseer. If you have already sent your info, you do not need to worry. I have contestants who are building wonderful creations, but I do not know who they are.
Currently, we have 2 lots available on AB and plenty of lots available on MD, HoF and Skyfire. If you are interested in signing up for this years Frostfell Neighborhood, be sure to leave a post here on the forums, or send an in-game mail to either your Server Overseer or Grand Overseer! I look forward to seeing more beautiful creations! You guys are all amazing.

I hope everyone is doing well! I have a quick update for you all!
I just wanted to bump this post to let everyone know that the dates for Frostfell Neighborhoods have been extended! I have updated the original post with the new dates!

Sign Ups are open until Dec. 8th!

Doors close on Dec. 29th @ Midnight PST

Second, we have a memorial built in memory of Vasciagio. Contestants are allowed to leave notes/items within the memorial for him. Folks who knew Vasciagio but are not participating this year are also allowed to leave notes/items for him within the memorial as well. You can either send your items to your Server Overseer, to any of my toons on those servers, OR you can have temporary access to the neighborhoods to place your items.
