Trying to complete the Freeport City Quest line on an alt and I cannot get the illusion to work. The zone bugs every time for me and all the questioners and guards become attackable and try to beat me up. I have deleted the quest and tried to start fresh. I have left the zone, re-entered and put up the illusion right away. I've tried to delete the illusion and get a new drop to see if that works and each time it's still bugged. Not sure what to do to get past this. I submitted bug report a few weeks back. I'm stuck.
