Thank you for that SOE.... for all the bg's I had to run getting 1 token a piece, my 42 tokens are now worth exactly squat. Even if I had 100 tokens, working for all that just to get a few crappy temporary potions is a bad deal. I can only imagine people that had built up a few thousand tokens to armor up an alt at 90, then have all their hard work turned worthless. Would it not be better to at least allow people to trade up the tokens for the new ones? heck I'd take 42 havok tokens over 42 legacy marks. Without 100 legacy marks, they're 100% worthless(and it took me probably 42 bg's to get those cuz my luck is pretty bad). Or at least add more worthwhile perhaps prestige type stuff to the legacy marks merchant, and stuff ya can get for less than 100 tokens.
