Focus: Grave Sacrament broken

    Pretty sure just about every class has this same issue with stated reuse times in the AA. No excuse to not fix them all though.

    Are you saying that 100% reuse speed already compensate for the aa that reduces it by 30 seconds?

    if it would affect reuse speed then it would state reduces reuse speed by x%
    but focus effect says:
    "Reduces Reuse TIME of Grave Sacrement by 30 seconds" which should apply after reuse speed reduction

    Simply stated, it doesn't, and never has over the lifespan of the game. The only thing that stacks with reuse speed is anything that affects BASE recast time, and base recast time is applied BEFORE reuse speed is calculated. If an ability has a BASE recast of 1 minute and you modify the base reuse by 30 seconds, it brings it to 30 seconds and then finally 100% reuse would bring it to 15 seconds.

    Its simple really. unless it says "BASE reuse" its of the reuse after applying any other stats. Look at you siphon essence in the shadows tree to see the difference in wording.

    Also back when these things where originally added to the game, it was worth while, now .. MEH. been like this forever, been pointed out forever and will probably never get changed/fixed/altered.
