Hello, so I am doing the frostfell quests and I have trouble getting this quest from the other goblin in Qeynos. I also traveled to other allied cities, but I didnt see anything. Is this quest bugged?
It's a non-repeatable quest (one and done), so if you've done it in the past that's why you can't do it again.
