Hey all, I've now finished my interpretation of Srius Black's family home on Thurgadin. It's 4 Bayle Court owned by Febiryth if you're inclined to visit. Here's a few pics:-

I love that house, it's so dark and creepy and seems abandoned for a long time. Dobby didn't do a good job on maintaining the house :D

Ah yes, there was another one.
It's such a long time ago I read those books (mostly on travels to the States as language exercises  8 hrs can be a long time)

LOL! Try 12-13 hours, non-stop, from London back to L.A....oy. Luckily, I had a couple of books by then: Lucifer's Hammer by Larry Niven and Jerry Pournelle (bah; only sci-fi or fantasy book in the airport on the way to Europe :-/) and The Never-Ending Story, bought over there, for the long bus tour rides between countries. Way better. :D

Was thinking about language books, but with 15 countries to visit (one of which being England, which helped a bit, though I still think we could use a British-American/American-British dictionary at times ;->) in 31 days, I figured I might not get enough time in each. :-/

Sampler college student tour; checking off places to visit again. Yugoslavia was high on my list... :(

I remember that entry of Jello's; what happened to it? :-/

The S.P.E.W. folks get annoyed at it? ;->

It was always Frankfurt ----> Newark and then from there to different places visiting friends and doing a motocycle tour in the western states :)
