Sorry not able to confirm getting one, but considering how rare Fabled has been for me, I'd expect the Celestial to be uber rarer. Frustratingly so.
me too even the simple treasured ones had some really nice looks, while I hated some of the high-ranking ones, never mind that I never got one, you have to buy those if you really want them.
