When I logged in, all of my Fallen Gate characters were missing. I exited, reloaded the launcher and selected the character to start on loading. When the game loaded, an error message appeared, stating that the server did not exist.
They also rebooted all the other servers today, and may have done some server maintenance while they had 'em down. If it's Tuesday and you can't get in, always assume it's downtime for patches, server maintenance, etc.
