Exploit Weakness - have to read CHAT to know when to use it? REALLY??

Would you please elaborate on how to do this in the Drums UI. I'm not very savvy at this stuff, and can't figure out how to see anything that has to do with Exploit Weakness using the spelltimer window. Please let me know exactly how you set this up. Thank you!

I know this is resurrecting a hugely old thread, but the filter is Spells Hostile Cast. Took me forever to find this.
