It's been at least 7 hours now, and the game keeps crashing, "Everquest has detected an unrecoverable error and must shut down" and gives "Failed to create D3D device for NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 012e1139"

A Daybreak thing. Send a ticket. Tell Daybreak this is unacceptable.
As weekly patch is tomorrow best to wait doing anything until after.

i get this error when i played today , just got it installed too , was on boat and this is the error i got ...<Verify> G:\live\eq2\framework\rendeVeShader.cpp(9906):m_ shaderParams.m_ any1 know what i should do ? no clue wtf this is ?

This Issue usually happens for me when NVidia comes out with a new driver.. Install the new driver.. No problems anymore.
