How is the ward for a non-warding healer?

It's not a ward, it's a stoneskin.

I have it and it procs a decent amount....tbh bout the only ethereal war rune imo worth it for a cleric...the other 2 are meh at best.

The thing I find most frustrating about the healer runes is that they only proc on 1/2 or less of the arts healers use (ie beneficial, not debuff or offensive) while the other classes' runes proc on 3/4+ of the arts they use.

So it's like an absorb of a random hit per group member roughly every 30s?

From the description it sounds like it absorbs 1 random hit per group member every 30s.

Ok. Sounds like it might be worth trying.
