I recently levelled my ethereal chest piece up to Lvl 5 and unlocked the extra 20 Resolve but noticed something else on the description. It says: When Equipped: Increases Resolve of caster by 20.0 Requires Membership but under that, it also says: When Equipped: Unlocking this effect requires defeating currently unseen encounters. Is this pre-loaded for something that is 'coming soon', or is there an extra effect that I don't have because I haven't killed something yet? Other armour that is not yet up to Planar Lvl 5 does not mention this unseen encounter.
apparently it not been released yet. maybe only the greater ethereal relic (which you can only equip 1 of) mentions this
That extra line refers to what the devs have stated in which the armor will have some bearing for next expac any lvl 5 piece will mention it, not just the chest/legs
