Most Erudites worship Quellious correct, with a few Paladins who worship Prexus? According to lore, do only the Paladins worship Prexus or would others within the society such as Wizards and Warriors worship Prexus as well. What are the basic differences between the teachings of Quellious and Prexus? Thanks

Here's the little bit I know: Quellious was known as "the Tranquil". She's also the patron of the Ashen Order of monks (see the Tome of Destiny for more information about this).

Prexus was god of the oceans. His worshippers included paladins and clerics for certain; I believe that wizards, mages and enchanters could worship Prexus (or Quellious for that matter).

Wizards of all races (including Erudites) sometimes worhipped Solusek Ro, The Burning Prince.

There were also evil Erudites from the city of Paineel. They were followers of Cazic-Thule, god of Fear.

But was Solusek Ro evil? Can you be a citizen of Qeynos and worship Solusek?

Solusek is not truly evil. His followers are typically aggressive, power-hungry, brash, and lacking of tact; but they don't have to be evil per se.
Also, just to reinforce what was said above, all good Erudite classes had the option to worship Prexus or Quellious. The temple of Quellious was known as the Peacekeepers, the temple of Prexus were known as the Deepwater Knights.

Yeah, pretty much what has been said.

Wizards would woship Prexus, Quellious, Solusek Ro, or be agnostic.
Magicians and enchanters could worship Prexus, Quellious, or be agnostic.
Paladins could worship Prexus or Quellious.
Now clerics could worship Prexus, Quellious, or if they were evil Cazic Thule.
Shadowknights and necromancers also could worship only Cazic Thule.

Solusek Ro is more of a neutral God, he is not really evil, though his followers can be (however they can also be good as well).

Aren't the Shadowed Men followers of Solusek Ro in EQL?

No, they are against him. When you kill shadow men your faction with the Temple of Solusek Ro goes up. There is only one shadow man that follows Ro, he is the one in Mistmoore behind the crypt in the graveyard. His name is Ssynthi and he is outcast from the shadow men for following Ro.
