    Please contact our Customer Service Team if you have not received them at the proper time. You should still be receiving your packs each month, but you have to go into EQ or EQ2 and redeem them just like you do for the SC each month.

    Sorry, I did not see this response in time so I created a new thread. Yes, I used to log in to LoN and a popup would occur indicating I had received the boosters, this no longer happens on either of my accounts on different PCs.

    Does it make a difference if you only log into LoN and not into EQ or EQ2 to claim the booster packs? I have always thought that you only get the packs if you log into EQ or EQ2 - was I mistaken?
