Epic 2 Spells Upgraded

    Can someone please explain to me how to upgrade the epic 2 spells.
    Where are the recipes?
    Can any class make them or is it sage only?
    What components are needed?
    I've search the web and cant seem to find anything about them.
    I have a paladin and conj i want to upgrade.

    any class can make them, you need the recipe book https://u.eq2wire.com/item/index/3799594382 awakened abilities
    the mats are the fragments of planar energy (lesser, superior, greater) and shade rares from kunark ascending
    you can get the recipe most reliably from anchorage ts quests or the library daily ts quest
