Iv done all the village quests I double checked and I have 50k faction, Merchant will not offer the bamboo soup. The only thing that does not seem right: When I talk to the toon at end of Everfrost docks she offers me a quest, Do I have to do that quest? How do I know if she is updating me for the epic 2 quest line?
Yes, do Marta Terrilon's repeatable quests in Everfrost until she updates your quest. It might take a couple or three runs. Make sure you did the Ning Yun questline at least through the quest The Three Tidings.
Thank you Leeroy you were correct. I need to learn to edit wikki so I can make things clear. The walk through says you may have to talk to her three times. Nothing about doing the three quests,
