   So I'm on this step in Vol 2. Can't get him to spawn. Did the two quests from Tragg and all that the cook, other Oracle, Chief, and now scout. All I am getting are the same 500 faction quests from the scout.
   
   Should I safely assume that not just the two quests from Tragg as listed in the walk through but also 50k Rygorr faction?
