how do you reclaim infusers? sorry I missed how to do this somewhere along the way.

Well I have 5 characters at max or almost max (from last expansion) so I'm loving all the infusers at least right now.

I enjoy the modification ability of both this and LOTRO. If they took away the legendary weapons of LOTRO, I'd probably go mental. Given how much effort it was to get to that point. One of the best things to involve me has been finding ways to improve gear that comes to me in basic form.

I am OK with infusers to a point, I do not think 1 should be the reward for a PQ, end boss or any mission crate, that is depressing, if you are going to give me some make it a bundle at least. I am underwhelmed with the rewards from this xpac, the rarity of finding a 120 item in any form and the fact there are virtually no upgrades, it just feels underwhelming.

Add to this the crappy crafted gear and the extreme rarity of an expert spell, I hope the devs get back and tweak this xpac fast or I fear they may lose a bunch of customers.

This! I haven't got a single upgrade from any heroic mission crate, it is always a bloody infuser. Infusers all over the place, infusers and essences for crafting mythic 2.0 spells. It's frustrating to say the least. RNG and the general approach to rewarding are horrible this expansion. But as I have mentioned before, I'm at the point where I can't care less for the game, if developers don't care about players. I'm here as long as I can make enough money to buy a Krono for in-game curency just playing normaly without farming something on purpouse.

bought 3 crate things (2 from PQ merc, 1 from MoT merc)... got the same damn infuser out of all 3... if that's how the RNG is gonna be, I literally have nothing I am willing to spend these coins on

I understand 3 is not a large number... but there are 4 infusers, and like 50 other items in those crates. I will not waste coins on that nor should any of us be burned like that.

It seems Itemization has not really being implemented so far in this expansion.

Imagine having a genuine want to provide feedback about the state on infusers and getting a developer response like
"Because infusers fit so nicely in stockings. HO HO HO Merry Christmas!" blowing you off entirely and not responding what so ever to the issue at hand.

Basically, you only need to play lotto and win loot. We just finished the T2 weekly and we got a lot of weapons, charms, one ring, one earring, and tons of infusions from our missions.
No armor. But Kander said that nothing is going to block the slow progression and for Caith, infusions are great....
