Hello, I am writing about this change. Swashbuckler 5 Enhance: Avoid Blame TLE Effect Increases Trigger chance by 2% All Effect Evade Blame will deal damage when it applies. Surely the amount of damage this does on the TLE cannot be intended. 1/3-1/2 of the damage output of a Swashbuckler is from this AA alone. It is doing 22k damage a proc on the TLE. Making Swashbucklers output of 60k+ parses easily. Please address scaling or remove this from the TLE. Thank you!
