    Okay, I've looked all over the place and not found this info.

    What is an outdoor mission in CD so that I can earn this currency?

    I tried Dr. Arcana, no luck.

    You get keys from Dr Arcana when you do his outdoor CD missions. When you turn the key in at the chests throughout the zone, you get a random treasure and Elemental Runed Rai. I don't remember how many you get per key turn-in

    Oh, thank you! I got one of those keys and couldn't find out anything about it, either LOL
