When are dumbfire pets going to be fixed? I thought SOE was going to change dumbfire pets into dots, but still keep the graphic. This way the pets will not die on the first AOE or even die at all unless dispelled/cured.
yeah would really like to know this as well. It was mentioned last fanfaire that they would be glorified dots, affected by our stats and not killable. When I heard that it was what I was looking forward to most in the expansion. I don't understand why a type of spell used by multiple classes is allowed to stay completely useless for so long. It's not like they would have to redesign content to make the spells viable(like what would be necessary for crowd control spells) all they gotta do is turn these things into dots and be done with it.
I hope this goes live someday soon, i have 2-3 useless spells to summon pets that just die in 5 seconds
