Hello! There continue to be drop blue runes that are specifically locked to primary, secondary, and ranged. There is no replacing the blue runes given for free with the Tishan's Lockbox gear, the blue weapon runes there are 48/50/60 fervor plus more stats. Whereas the stats for the extra drop blue weapon rune are already eclipsed by what it would replace. That's not how upgrades are supposed to work! It is so easy to fix too, make them blue runes for charm and neck like they should be. OR If there is a vast technical problem preventing it, LET US KNOW! Tell us if this game is too rickety to change seemingly simple things like that. And then remove them from the game! Unless you are wanting us to make up our own answers.
