Noticed that is AA was not working at all and then upon further investigation, it will only cure detriments that are level 115 or below. Most named in heroics and raids are 117 and higher. Am I missing something and the verbiage for the ability just wasn't updated and the proc chance was changed to this abysmal number?
I believe it's intentional. Lets you cure detriments on yourself that way in PoM and solos, I think, but upwards of that, have to use pots (abyssal) or have it cured off of you. Already freed up 10 points there.
I don't normally run that ability but it strikes me as being fairly unlikely to be intentional. I'd guess it is an oversight that only became an issue because of the level increase. It's not as if mage cures don't work in PoM raids or heroics. It really wouldn't make sense for this to exclusively be functional in solo or old content.
