most servers including Majdul are hovering around 1,8 percent which leads me to believe no sever will probably finish it. Even though dragons are being killed every spawn with 90+ during the say and 40 to 50 all night long Most are not even botheration o loot the dragon mats anymore. I did an experiment and looted al dragons with all my alts for 3 days. after grinding out over 200 combines the percentage meter did not move at al.l
