"Download file is incomplete or corrupted" error when trying full download

Hello, I've been trying to play EQ2 and downloaded the game yesterday. I managed to get on and play just fine with the stream as you play feature but the game was incredibly laggy and stuttery so I decided I'd download the entire thing to continue. I used select game version and checked the full download box but after about 25% the download stops and I get a message saying the download file is incomplete or corrupted. I tried uninstalling the game, but I got the same error around the same percentage. I tried deleting all files and got the same error around the same percentage. I tried validating game assets and again got the same error around the same percentage.

Try this… not sure if that is your issue… but I have frequent problems when updating and this works. Just make sure to revert back when finished.

Are you certain that you have enough space on your disk? The full game needs almost 30GB and if it keeps stopping at the same place it may be running out.
