Divine Aura greyed out? Why can't I use it?

    I just picked this up through AA's and its on my bar...but it's greyed out and I can't use it. anyone know why?

    oh...I need to be in defensive? as in lucanas pact?

    The offensive stance tells you that it will disable 100% avoid and stoneskin buffs.
