The quest in Cobalt Scar, the one following the Siren's Grotto: Alluring Embrace zone, "Distraction and Destruction" will not advance the dialog when you try to "Return to Head Scholar Nabihan and eavesdrop on the conversation between Nabihan and a ghost Lucan D'lere". The same dialog loops between the two and the quest never updates to give the rewards and complete, even though the Head Scholar has the "Book and Feather" overhead and the quest journal states "return to the Head Scholar ..." I did the "zone out and return", "deleted the quest and repeated it" and "camped to desktop" to try and "clear" it to advance but it did not help. Anyone have this happen or should I submit a Bug report?
Update: I tried again a few days later and the quest dialog advanced, so no more problems. I was actually doing the quest on 3 different sub accounts and all 3 were stalled but now all 3 went forward so just a fluke I guess.
