Ooh...have you ever tried making "chocolate chip cookies" using the chocolate-covered raisins instead? I've always wanted to do that -- and the gods know most baked goods in the U.S. these days prove we don't know how to bake with raisins any more. Uwk who blames the UFW; they could've gone after the wineries to make their point, but nooooo, grapes and raisins were eeeevil (and easier targets)... :-/
They are fantastic, so is using them in oatmeal cookies!!! Hershey's kisses are good to use in place of chocolate chips too. And try using the chocolate covered healthy raisins and chocolate chips in chocolate chip cookies and/or oatmeal cookies. Ok, now I think I need to make cookies.
You realize, of course, the OP has probably either figured, "Meh, my problem's solved, what are they going on about?" or "Whatever happened to my post? " Uwk
By now I would hope that the OP did a /bug or the rush order timed out as it should have after what 8 minutes?
Besides, there is never a bad time to talk about doughnuts, ice cream cookies, chocolate, or healthy chocolate covered raisins. I am sure the OP would understand if not agree.
