For people with account that dont flag properly, we used to be able to contact customer support and get this sorted. Its been an issue for over a year. Today I wanted to get them added to a new alt on Kaladim and to my surprise, I was told to bug it instead of them just adding it like they have done for 5 previous characters on multiple servers. Is this issue getting fixed soon since CS changed their stance on the matter or is the GM that "helped" me wrong?
Delete this, the issue that has been around since FG opened its doors is apparently fixed tomorrow, so thanks.
Indeed it is not fixed even after the patch. I am still unable to claim an item on an alt. What's going on?
