Curse of Void description, and is that a % or what?

So Curse of Void (Warlock, level 120), now gives you Fervor (awesome! thank you). But you might want to update the description which still says it debuffs the STR and INT of mobs.

Fervor buff language is odd too, "can only trigger from the same ability every 30 sec. Huh? What trigger? What ability? It's in green, so that hints that there's an AA that modifies this ability. But I can't seem to find which one. It should be giving me Void Surge from somewhere.

Also the last line... increases nox damage by 2.88

    Percent?
    Literal?

Also look at the times. It lasts over one minute, so is that for the nox damage only? Because the Fervor buff only lasts about 8 sec.

Happy to have a fervor buff skill though.

This is the same effect from one of our EPIC 2.0 spells. Just means when you cast it, you get a fervor boost for that time.

I'd forgotten about where the fervor buff was from, thanks.

I think I may have mentioned the strange language of this skill before, but it was a long time ago.

The description: decreases str and int of enemies

    The effect: increases nox damage

    Which one? Both?
