I have been running through the Summer Quests and twice it crashed to desktop when I was in different locations. I would log back in and everything seemed to work ok. Don't know how to troubleshoot this problem.
Try usual things like updating your Windows 10, video and sound drivers. Check if your hardware is good enough like amount of PC and video card memory, connection to Internet.
I have been having horrific lag issues since the last Windows update. I updated the video driver and it seemed to help some.
