Crash logging into game after patch Drive G: error?

So, I didn't have troubles logging in before patch as many did, but can't get in after patch. Any advice?

There has been no confirmation that the maintenance is complete.

Used the 'hosts' work around to finally get in last night. Now this. I had not played EQII in a good while until I started again just a few days ago. Now I am beginning to remember why . . .

Confirmation? Don't remember there being confirmations before. Is that something fairly recent?

I promise that error has nothing to do with the fact that maintenance is not complete.... someone fudged some code.

Same issue on launcher startup and trying to work around with the everquest2.exe

Well, hmmm.. RadarX seems to be on both team blue and team red, so I don't know what to pick....

Same error message. I validated my files, all seem to be fine otherwise.

To add some data, Everquest2.exe seems to run fine right up until the point where I click on "Login". Then the G:/ unrecoverable error message that Mystfit screenshotted pops up.
