I have had these projects going since I started decorating almost 6 years ago, and I finally have them organized enough to share with everyone. They are by no means "finished" and they never will be since there will always be new items. I built them into dungeons and I will not be publishing them. If you would like access to them (Skyfire only) I will gladly give anyone access to them :) Anyone who wants the layouts to bring to their own servers or just have it for their selves are free to take the layouts (you will need the layout editor to get a list of all the items and then you will need to collect all the items, which is still quite a chore). I want these to be a helpful resource for everyone.

Each showroom has a book with a hand made map and tons of signs to help you find what you are looking for. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to make things more user friendly :)

I do not own the Blood of Luclin xpac right now so none of the furniture from that are in the showrooms. I will be getting the xpac later this year and then will begin adding all the craftable items. When that happens, I will most likely be moving the lights/lighting to its own dungeon. So be prepared for things to change a bit then.

Craftable Item Showroom Part 1: You'll find- food items, tableware, crates and barrels, chairs, tables, beds, bookcases, fountains, paintings and windows, etc. The paintings and windows are displayed with their backs showing so you can quickly see the other side.

Craftable Item Showroom Part 2: You'll find- building blocks, platforms and statues, plants, lighting and fireplaces, rugs and banners, and literally everything else not found in the first one. The lighting is organized into what illuminates and what doesn't. Rugs are turned up on their sides so you can easy see whats on the bottoms and which ones you can walk through. Every race of house actor is created so you don't have to waste a house actor to test things out.

Walk-in Closet: The Walk-in Closet is by no means all appearance gear. It is just a showcase of my personal collection. If anyone on Skyfire needs any of the items for a house actor or mannequin just let me know :) As with the showrooms, if you want the layout to do the same with your personal collections go right ahead. I'm pretty sure that it will just copy the placement of the mannequins and not the clothing items on them.

Walk-in Weapon Crate: The same as the Walk-in Closet except it's weapons and shields.

I can't seem to get the images to work here so I just used the links instead. I hope that these will be helpful tools for everyone. I know I use them all the time XD

Thanks for this! The more folks that do this, the merrier, say I! :D

Along with your rugs, do you also have a bunch of tapestries to show which ones we can walk through and which not? :)

Yup :) I think I said banners but I meant tapestries. Everything is set up to walk through it if you can

These are wonderful thank you!! I had a walk through them today and they really helped me out with my current projects. The way you set them up, especially how we can see the backs and bottoms of things, and the lights and test box...brilliant! I'll be going back regularly =D

And as for getting screenshots to work here, it's possible (though if you have a ton, maybe just the link to your Albums is a better help):

    1. Take a screenshot in game.

    2. Go to your favorite flavor of third-party image hosting site. I like www.DeviantArt.com and use it for all my 'shots here. :)

    3. Do what you need to do to publish your screenshot there.

    4. What I do for mine next:
    a. Right-click on the image; select View Image from the resultant drop-down list.
    b. I get a separate webpage, with nothing but a black background and at the top of the page, a URL (fancy acronym meaning the "address" of where the image page is. The URL for this page is:

    https://forums.daybreakgames.com/eq...set-walk-in-weapon-crate.594575/#post-6608269

but don't click on it; we know where we are. ;->).
    c. I highlight and copy the URL for my image.
    d. I come back here and open a post, if I don't have one open already.

    5. In the various icons in an open post, there's one that looks like a li'l tree in a landscape, to the left of a filmstrip (for the younger readers, this was something that films were made on, rather than discs. Looks kind of like a ladder with the spaces between the steps filled in with celluloid ;->). Clicking on the tree opens the Insert Image box.

    6. I then Paste the copied URL of my image into the blank line and click the Insert button.

    7. Voila! Image posted! Well, okay, inserted; after that, it's like an inserted image in a Word doc. ;)

    Th
Thank you. Maybe it was because I was getting my URL from my album. When I would use the "li'l tree in a landscape" button and put the URL into it it would come back as a broken image link... So I don't know. Ill maybe try to play with it a little more lol
