WHYYYYY? How is it useful to have a class that can help priests rez when they can only cure sickness on their own group members? The ferver buff is also nice for our high DPS classes, but they now have to be in my group?
just comment on the bug thread i started to keep it going... and even though they will see it here, don't mention the buff as they know its there, probably made it this way to try and fix the problem of it removing fervor, but leave it alone as we rez outside group and should be able to clear our rez effects outside of group as well.
