I'm on the Public Test Server. This morning I completed a Collection, but when I did so, and then checked the NPC to complete it and collect the reward, the NPC (who DID have a red book on her head) didn't give a reward. Also there was no musical fanfare - the whole thing was "null and void" although the collection was definitely completed this morning. It was a tome collection with quite a number of pages in it. I've noticed in the last couple days that the Collection Window doesn't open up to a specific collection that is related to a "shiny" that you just collected, as it usually has been doing. It just opens to the main Collection page. You have to examine the shiny to get the window to go to that collection so you can add it - after you first collect the shiny. Definitely something wrong here that needs to be fixed.
