I hope they will make PE cast the last essence captured AND to persist upon zoning. This would involve an added spell to summon it. I see nothing overpowered at all with this because our pets are much scaled down versions anyway and usually don't do a whole lot aside from the extra bit of DPS. True, we aren't summoners, but their pets are a whole lot better in every way.
I do like that idea, like keep PE and then add a Summon Essence or something like that. Bard pets 24/7!
