So after running through the new CoE raid content and seeing some of the drops I'm a tad baffled. Cloaks, seem to have 2 white slots + red slot and no built on proc. Fine and dandy, thats clearly a step up from most Skyshrine raid pieces since the stats are a tad higher and the new red adorns are also slightly improved from the old built on procs. However why is thecloak the only piece I have seen thus far with 2 white slots? I've seen both belt and weapon with just one white + one red. Comparing a weapon for example (where a white slot can mean potency, a very desireable stat) with 2 white slots versus one with only a single, its a downgrade from the previous tier since while yes the potency on the item is 1% higher, without that second adorn slot I end up losing 1% potency. It seems to me if cloaks are sporting 2 white adorn slots in the new content then the other pieces that have had 2 white slots in skyshrine zones should as well correct?
