It says on wiki there's a new achievement for completing all of the "out of time" quests from the small chests dropped by mobs in the chronoportal instances. According to my quest journal I've completed them all, but there's nothing showing in the achievements window? Edit: ignore me, next time I zoned I got the guild announcement and it the achievement popped into my journal!
