    Same as the first, but this does confirm that the image links are not working on the forums. They used to. :/

    Not sure if the rewards have been put in, looks like they haven't but in case they have below is an update of what we found.
    Took a level 120 group into the Public Quest, the mobs were Level 110.

    Rewards:

    Celestial Portal Master's Bauble Level 110
    Advanced Weaponsmith Studies 18
    Advanced Tailor Studies 17
    Illegible Scroll: Exsanguination (Master)
    Restored Empyreal Quintessence
    Ancient Platinum Coin
