As title says, Dirges, Rangers, and Swashies don't get the damage component for cheap shot, yet every other scout does. Evades damage component is shared between all as it is on the dragon tree, why can't cheap shots be similar? And lets be honest, Enhance: Shroud is a bit naff of a thing, don't think I know of a dirge that takes that AA.
